Preserving any historic building built in Carson Valley is a hard path to take, but thanks to careful planning, delicate coordination, and some out–of–the–box thinking, this project was a success. The Farmers Bank is currently applying for LEED Platinum certification, which would make it the sixth non-residential space in the Silver State to have attained this certification.
